STACIA
OFFICE MANAGER
Stacia is a homegrown Pekinite. She and Dr. Libbie Fort actually went to high school together and worked at another clinic earlier on in their careers at the same time. They’ve always enjoyed working with each other and is now glad to be part of her team.
When she began as a receptionist at her first clinic, she knew building rapport with clients and getting them what they needed for their pets was what she wanted to do. She originally started as a receptionist in her hometown of Pekin and because of her networking, she knew so many people personally and professionally. It was always great to see a familiar face come into the clinic. As time went on, she knew she wanted to share what she had learned over those seven years of being a receptionist, and looked for a position she could grow into. When Dr. Fort asked her to join her team, she was excited to help cultivate a team as her office manager.
She currently resides in Pekin with her husband, Paul, and their son, Quentin. They have a Bengal that they adopted named Goose. They enjoy spending family time together and going on new adventures. She, personally, enjoys growing her collection of books she doesn’t have time to read, watching Netflix between episodes of Blippi, and attending concerts of all kinds with her husband. She’s looking forward to working toward her CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) Certification and helping the veterinary community advocate for all animals.
